Before every journey, your dedicated coordinator provides a comprehensive briefing covering itinerary details, local protocols, security considerations, contact information, and any destination-specific guidance. For leadership retreats, we also share a pre-arrival pack with logistics for all attendees.
Every journey we design is built from scratch around your organization’s objectives, schedule, and preferences. There are no fixed packages. Your dedicated coordinator works with you to tailor every detail — from flight routing and accommodation to ground logistics and local experiences.
We understand that executive schedules shift. Changes to dates, destinations, or group size can typically be accommodated with advance notice. Cancellation terms depend on vendor commitments already in place and will be clearly outlined in your proposal. For urgent changes during a live journey, our 24/7 concierge handles rebooking and adjustments in real time.
JOURNÉE Beyond is our Work + Play service for corporate travelers. When your employees travel for business, they can privately request curated personal experiences during their free time — from cultural tours and dining experiences to wellness and adventure activities. The company pays nothing extra. Personal experiences are billed separately to the employee, with full transparency for your finance team.
